- reflect on the last year and identify any situation that still stimulates unhappiness or resentment or pain.
- Name the situation to yourself out loud and write it down.
- Meditate for 10 minutes on the situation with the intention of honoring it as essential to your journey to this moment. Hold this honoring in your heart and mind and body until tomorrow’s Q.
